People Process Technology

Recently I came across this diagram which I really like:

But this diagram focuses on technology only. When we talk about SOC maturity it is about People, Processes and Technology that have to come together. So, this is another diagram that complements the technology focused diagram above.

As cybersecurity tools mature so should the People, processes. This is continuous improvement process, not a one-time project
